1. Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. No minimum order amount is required.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 0-1 business days. After shipping, standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments, which is SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
7. Can I return a product?

9. How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-7 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount on your statement.
10. Are your products brand new?
Yes. All products sold at Nylonperfect are brand new and in original packaging.
